The Account Sales Coordinator is the dedicated and vital link between key customer accounts, their Sales Department and the production team who produces Autajon's products. This role coordinates and manages the creation process jobs. Mission

  • Provide single point of contact and dedicated customer support to key accounts in support of the Sales Team.
  • Manage new brands from design creation through production.
  • Status Report - maintain a Status Report for key account jobs regardless of location.
  • Proofs – distribute and manage proofs ensuing timely, accurate processing.
  • Liaison between customer, vendors, stakeholders, productions, planning on all jobs for key accounts.
  • Answer questions and offer solutions to customers and stakeholders if issues arise.
  • Dockets – create, manage, update and close dockets
  • Proofs – distribute, follow up, track and amend proofs through to approval
  • Press approvals – organize, coordinate and manage.
  • Post-production – coordination, archiving and other required post-production duties
  • Communicate – with customers, sales, production, prepress, finance and shipping
