Mission

The Role: Autajon Packaging is seeking an experienced and dynamic senior level sales professional to assume the position of VP Sales in the US. The VP of Sales is responsible for managing and defining the sales and profit targets for Autajon USA - East Coast towards existing and prospective clients. Reporting to the COO, and serving as an integral member of the senior leadership team, the VP of Sales will be responsible for the development of Sales, Customer Service and Marketing team which includes Autajon Packing Boston and Autajon Packaging Cultech.

The VP of Sales will be responsible for the development, integration, and implementation of a broad range of marketing and relations activities with a strategic direction focus and positioning of the organization's sales goals. The VP of Sales will be an ambassador for the organization and will be responsible for the building of relationships with clients nationally and globally.

What is the Vision, Strategy, and Leadership needs?

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plan to advance Autajon US East Coast sales and profits.
  • To develop a successful Sales organization to achieve optimal results in a cost-effective and qualitative manner.
  • Manage the budget of the sales department in order to organize the various activities of the Department and to guarantee the results as expected in the financial plan.
  • Define and build strategies around existing and prospective national and International clients.
  • Monitor the sales target results, activities and action plan to achieve the goals.
  • Actively prospect new strategic clients; to establish and maintain deep contacts.
  • Establish a strong sales team with high-qualified employees and encourage collaboration.
  • Create marketing strategies that will allow the cultivation and enhancement meaningful relationships.
  • Identify challenges, trends and emerging issues with markets, industries, clients and competitors.
  • Oversee development of sales, customer service and marketing analytics.
  • Serve as spokesperson and leader on interactions that help promote and/or impact the sales organization.

Profil

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue target driven roles, leading client relationships, and driving new business.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related discipline.
  • Proven record in negotiating and closing enterprise deals in major corporations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and solve complex issues.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to present to mixed audiences and varied levels.
  • Entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and succeed.
  • Dynamic, motivating, relationship-driven approach; strong attention to detail.
