The Role: Autajon Packaging is seeking an experienced and dynamic IT System Network Administrator to join our team. This role will manage the network infrastructure to guarantee security, integrity and high availability of enterprise systems and provide front'line technical support (desktop,laptop, phone etc.) including tracking and coordinating the tickets in the IT System. What is the Vision, Strategy, and Leadership needs?


  • Monitor and maintain current system and network infrastructure to guarantee high availability
  • Implement, apply and guarantee the data integrity and security policy
  • Manage local maintenance contracts and vendor relationships
  • Perform preventive and curative maintenance interventions of system and network infrastructure
  • Perform new hardware and software deployments and upgrades (installation, configuration and administration)
  • Disaster Recovery/Business continuity plan. Develop, Implement, Improve
  • Maximizing performance, troubleshooting problems and outages, scheduling upgrades
  • Research solutions to provide enterprise level computing technology
  • Document and procedure for networking, storage, computing resource
  • Work cross-functionally with divisional peers overseas as well as domestically to ensure universal process and policy adoption and enforcement
  • Scope: Work on system and network infrastructure for the US plants of the Group


  • Advocate new technologies and communications solutions (messaging, telephony, video meetings etc.)
  • Ensure optimal functioning of all fixed and mobile communication systems (desk phones, cell phones, tablets etc.)
  • Monitor on-going costs related to telephones and alert in case of anomalies



  • Triage incoming help desk tickets, track and resolve problems for users
  • Troubleshoot issues with printers, scanners, multi-function copiers and other peripheral devices
  • Physical inventory of computers (desktops/laptops) and printers
  • Moving of computers and printers (personnel moves)


High School diploma or GED.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • At least 5 year of technical experience supporting hardware and software in
  • multi-user networked environment
  • Must be able to work well both in a team setting and independently
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge with proven experience in networking, routing and switching
  • Excellent knowledge of current Window Servers, Windows OS , and Mac OS systems, O365, Cloud and virtual infrastructures
