Our Industrial Labels Division combines the expertise of the former companies Berson, Bopack and Sinel and develops labelling solutions in accordance with industrial specifications : decorative, promotional, functional, security, identification labels and labelling systems. 

With its seven sites in France, in Belgium, in the Netherlands and in Spain, Autajon Industrial Labels produces more than 14 billion labels per year and is one of the European leaders in the manufacturing of labels.

  • Implement the quality Group strategy, Simplify, Secure, Standardize, in order to reach the best quality standards with the less costs.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements in term of Quality, Safety, Environment, Hygiene, pharmaceutical Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety (where applicable)
  • Follow the Group KPI's: number of customer complaints and costs of non-Quality (internal and external).
  • Ensure operational quality on site with added value: e.g. people involvement in quality, efficient action plan, customer Satisfaction and Management
  • Support all staff in problem solving: root cause analysis, measurement of effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and animate the staff of the service in order to maintain an effective Quality team
  • Be proactive, think in terms of “creating added value”
  • Actively participate in all cost control initiatives
  • Integrate the safety and environment constraints in your decisions, follow the group guidelines.

Job responsibilities:

  • Continuously improve the quality system according to business evolution (customer demands) with respect to the 3S policy and Group Quality.
  • Benchmark with other plants of the Group in the same business to align quality systems and practices
  • Negotiate with customers in order to avoid one customer one quality system
  • Involve all the plant staff in order to increase quality responsiveness and responsibility
  • Answer to customer complaints on time and negotiate when complaint is out of NQA or standards
  • Establish the content of training actions related to QSE decided in the training plan
  • Monitor the correct application of all procedures and instructions
  • Establish documents and update corrective actions (search for cause, process analysis)
  • Take the lead regarding the resolution of problems: root cause analysis with the staff, implementation of action plan and monitoring of the effectiveness to avoid the reoccurrence.
  • Establish a plan setting out the environmental policy in accordance with the legal provisions and the organization's guidelines, in order to protect its image, limit risks and manage environmental expenses
  • Be proactive in developing the skills of his team (training, promotion, evolution) as well as on the adjustment of the workforce (hiring, mobility)


QSE Master degree

Proficiency in knowledge and use of continuous improvement methods:  5Why, 8D, FMEA, 5 M, PDCA, continuous improvement reflexes and common sense, etc.
